Specialty coffee is high-quality coffee that scores 80 points or more out of 100 on a sensory evaluation scale certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). It differs from commercial coffee through its careful and traceable production process, which covers everything from the selection and hand-picking of ripe coffee cherries to the roasting and final preparation, standing out for its complex flavour and aroma profiles. Our coffee has achieved a score of 85.75 points, with tasting notes of chocolate, peach, orange, and raspberry, and an aroma of caramel and chocolate.
