Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered.

Return Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@familybakecafe.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. If we determine that the item was damaged during shipping or that an error occurred with your order, we may provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Change of mind
  • Customer ordering errors
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
